Extended Hardware warranty
Quadrics provide standard one-year RTF warranty on all Quadrics hardware.
Quadrics offers the options of purchasing additional hardware support for up to 5 years, as well as the option for advance replacement of parts. |

Performance of QsNet is dependent on verification by Quadrics of the PCI-X/PCIe implementation. Quadrics customers can select nodes in the Perfomance Compliance page without seeking our help in qualification, although this help is available as part of our pre-sales support service.
Customers wishing to use nodes that are not included in the Platform Supported page or in the Platform Compliance page are strongly advised to qualify correct functionality and performance before committing to an order.
